Haiti, Adieu

Not to sound overly morbid, but every visit to Haiti might be the last.  Each contemplative essay that I've made about Haiti is another way to say goodbye.  I wrote the first long sentence.   Collaborator Rachel Hadas contributed quotations and lines of poetry in the second sequence of text.
